Popis akce „Seminář BUS“:

• Zabývali jsme se různými situacemi a možnostmi napadení v autobuse MHD. Polovina semináře v autobuse, polovina venku na hřišti, nebo v tělocvičně.

Harmonogram akce

• 8:30 začátek registrace
• 9:00–14:00 trénink
  • Část tréninku v autobuse MHD (cca 9:15 – 11:30).
  • Část tréninku v tělocvičně, nebo na školním hřišti – dle počasí. 

Pro koho byl seminář určen?

• Pro širokou veřejnost. Pro lidi bez jakýchkoliv bojových zkušeností. Na své si přijdou ale i studenti Krav Maga či jiných bojových systémů.
